Jill M. Tritt, Partner, CPA

Jill Tritt is originally from Chicago, Illinois, the northwest side of the City proper. She attended Catholic grade school and high school, and received her undergraduate degree from Northwestern University in Evanston. Jill received her law degree from Marquette University Law School. She practiced in downtown Chicago with a large accounting firm and two large law firms before relocating to Sycamore, Illinois for the best reason of all: love.

Jill focuses her transactional law practice in estate planning and administration, and business, nonprofit and tax law. She is also a licensed Certified Public Accountant.

Jill is past Chair of the DeKalb Chamber of Commerce and current Treasurer for the Sycamore History Museum. She serves as co-chair of the DeKalb County Estate Planning Council, and board member with Family Service Agency as well as with the DeKalb County Board of Health.

Jill lives in Sycamore with her husband, Steve. They enjoy traveling, sampling wine and craft beer, and consuming large quantities of HBO shows. Jill occasionally runs 5K and 10K races, and she has completed the Chicago Marathon. She also spends as much time as possible with her step-kids, Alexandria and Spencer, and their long-haired miniature dachshund, Homer.
